Interpretation of the EU Data Governance Act and its Enlightenment to the Data Governance of China's Smart Library
Data governance is an effective means for smart library to manage and utilize data.At present,there are still many shortcomings in the aspects of data open sharing and data value utilization in our country.The EU Data Governance Act has certain innovations and advantages in data sharing and data reuse.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes the main contents of the EU Data Governance Act,draws on its successful experience,so as to provide reference for the data governance of China's smart library.
