New Public Cultural Space Enabling Rural Revitalization:Theoretical Mechanism,Constraints and Implementation Strategies
The article expounds on the humanistic,open,inclusive,social,and innovative characteristics of the new public cultural space,and expounds the theoretical mechanism of enabling rural revitalization by the new public cultural space from the triple dimensions of economic dynamics,cultural resources,and governance value.It also conducts an in-depth analysis of the prevalent constraints in rural public cultural spaces,such as weakened functions,weakened subjectivity,formalized and formatted construction,and digital poverty.Finally,it proposes implementation strategies for enabling rural revitalization through new public cultural spaces,such as spatial integration,functional integration,and collaborative governance.
