Library Collection Resource Management Based on FOLIO Platform
Since the 14th five-year plan,the construction of intelligent libraries has gradually entered the deep-water zone of high-quality construction.The new generation of library service platform is an important hand in the construction of smart libraries.Yunhan platform of Shanghai Library is the Chinese version of FOLIO.Yunhan provides enough flexibility and scalability for system development in the mode of"platform+application",and FOLIO collection management system is the first application module of Yunhan platform.On the basis of the preliminary user demand research,Shanghai Library utilized the business and technical base of Yunhan platform and reused the LSP base module of FOLIO community to expand and develop 3 basic apps(detailed compilation,compendium compilation,data import)and 5 business apps(acceptance,in and out of the library,moving the library,counting,and rejecting the old),which preliminarily realized the whole-process management of the Shanghai Library's paper-based collection resources.
