Research on the Value Creation Mechanism of Standard Information Scenario Service Driven by Digital Intelligence
The wave of digital intelligence has accumulated a strong potential value for the standard information work.Further enriching and developing the relevant theoretical system of standard information service from the perspective of scenario will help to further explore the value growth point of information service and provide strong support for promoting the high-quality development.On the basis of elaborating the impact of the digital era on the transformation of standard intelligence scenario-based services,the article analyzes the connotation and reality of digital intelligence-driven standard intelligence scenario-based services.Through interviews and surveys,it clarifies the user demand hierarchy,constructs the elemental relationship model of value creation of standard intelligence scenario-based services,explores the path of its value realization,and selects typical scenario-based application cases for verification.The standard intelligence scenario-based service is a value creation process in which demand,resources,platforms and processes are intertwined and integrated,and it is realized in the hierarchical articulation and linkage of situational awareness,resource integration,technical support and scenario-based services,and corresponding value enhancement strategies are proposed accordingly.
