Exploring the Role Positioning and Ability of Reading Promoters in Universities in Ethnic Minority Regions
Using interview and questionnaire survey methods,the article analyzes the current situation and practical difficulties of reading promoters in universities in ethnic minority areas.Based on this,the article repositions their roles and analyzes the core competencies that should be matched with the new roles,and analyzes their role.The ability cultivation strategy for reading promoters in universities in ethnic minority areas should be promoted from two aspects:the cultivation system and self-development,to provide reference for the ability construction of reading promoters in ethnic minority areas.
