Exploring the Bottlenecks and Paths of High-quality Development in Grassroots Libraries:Data Pivot of"Hengyang Research"from 2005 to 2021
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party and the state have attached great importance to the library industry,and public libraries have also been continuously innovating and developing.In the process of promoting nationwide reading and building a public cultural service system,they have created a unique way of development.Taking the"Hengyang Research"as the background,this paper objectively and truly reflects the development effects and difficulties of grass-roots libraries development through the data pivot of the indexes which come from Hengyang city of Hunan Province from 2005 to 2021,such as building area,personnel costs,literature resources,and service efficiency.
