Turning and Reconstructing the Logic of Rural Governance in Digital Space
Digital technology,as an important force in promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,has had a profound impact on the modernization and transformation of rural governance.Digital rural governance takes"digital space"as the field of governance,realizes the delocalization of rural governance from territory to space,and has a fundamental impact on the life practice of rural subjects,which is highlighted by the reconstruction of the discourse system of rural life,the derivation of the identity form of rural subjects,and the change of the form of social interaction of rural subjects.Under the reconstruction of rural social relations and social operation mechanism by digital technology,the practical logic of digital rural governance shows a new direction,which provides a possible way to overcome the traditional rural governance dilemma.Firstly,realizing the empowerment of the governing body through the construction of subjectivity,to solve the dilemma of the lack of the subjectivity of rural governance.Secondly,giving full play to the role of the digital community,and realizing the re-creation of the rural community,so as to solve the problem of the decline of the rural community.Thirdly,rationally applying digital technology,so that the value rationality and instrumental rationality of digital technology can realize integration and unity in the development of technical rationality,and solve the problem of the lack of rural nature and technological dependence in digital rural governance.
