A Survey Study of Patent Information Services in Germany:The Case of PIZ Regional Center
Germany patent information service work has a good reputation in the global scope,and the study of its patent information service work can provide inspiration for China to improve the service.The article mainly adopts the network survey method to investigate and analyze the member composition and service content of German patent information service cooperation network and patent information center,and finds that the service of German patent information center has the characteristics of clear hierarchical service system,focusing on the standardization of service construction,accurately grasping the focus of service,and fully disclosing the service information.Accordingly,we can summarize the inspiration of German patent information service for China:play a leading role of the government,accelerate the construction of intellectual property service industry agglomeration and development zone;deepen the reform of"simplifying administration and decentralizing,combining decentralization and management,optimizing service",establish standards and norms of the patent information service industry;carry out refined patent information service,strengthen the brand awareness of the service organization;accelerate the improvement of the platform construction,and increase the channels of information disclosure.
