A Preliminary Study on the Digital Experience Zone of Public Libraries:Concept Definition,Construction Mode and Operation Status
Based on the changes in the external environment and the needs of career development,the construction of digital experience zones in public libraries has attracted wide attention.The construction of public libraries'digital experience zones is an important path to build people-centered modern libraries.The article explores the construction mode and operation status of digital experience zones in public libraries in China through network survey and field survey method,with a view to clarifying the relevant theoretical and practical issues and promoting the healthy and orderly development of digital experience zones in China.The study found that the current digital experience zones mainly adopt"decentralized"and"centralized"construction modes,and the overall operation is good,but the service design and operation mechanism need to be improved.In the future,the construction of digital experience zones should embody the concept of"comfortable and beautiful,enjoying wisdom",in order to build a ubiquitous,intelligent and high-quality experience space.
