在数据量激增和技术手段革新双重动力的作用下,现有科学数据管理平台亟待二次规划及开发.文章根据参与建设的主体来概述现有科学数据管理平台的发展状况,并基于科学数据管理的生命周期,从数据管理计划的制定、数据采集、数据描述与元数据、数据存储及保存、数据共享及其版权保护、数据应用与服务 6 个方面对国内外重要的 8 个科学数据管理平台进行比较分析.基于对比详情,从平台资源管理、技术应用、服务扩展三方面来概述科学数据管理平台内容为王、技术赋能、互联互通的建设要点,提出须顺应开放联合、跨界融合的时代趋势,不断完善开发已有平台,建设智慧型科学数据管理高端交流平台.
Exploration on the Research and Construction of a High-end Communication Platform for Scientific Data Management Based on Data Lifecycle
Accompanied by the dual driving forces of data volume and technological innovation,the existing scientific data management platform urgently needs secondary planning and development.The article outlines the development status of existing scientific data management platforms according to the main parties involved in the construction,and analyzes and compares eight important scientific data management platforms at home and abroad based on the lifecycle of scientific data management in six aspects,namely,the formulation of data management plan,data acquisition,data description and metadata,data storage and preservation,data sharing and its copyright protection,and data application and service.Based on the comparative details,the construction points of scientific data management platforms in terms of resource management,technology application and service expansion are summarized,and it is proposed that the existing platforms should be improved and developed continuously in order to build a high-end communication platform for intelligent scientific data management in accordance with the trend of openness,union and cross-boundary integration.
