A Three-dimensional Inspection of Public Cultural Service Research:Social Participation,Standardization and Intellectualization
Social participation,standardization and intellectualization are the key issues of current research on public cultural services.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the basic orientation and future trend of these studies.It is found that the research on social participation in public cultural service focuses on the participants,policy guarantee and incentive measures;the implementation basis,guarantee mechanism and performance evaluation are the basic research aspects of the standardization of public cultural service;and the ideological basis,service mode and technical means are the key concerns of the research on the wisdom of public cultural service.This not only provides the"research map"for the theoretical research of public cultural service,but also becomes the action guide for the practice of public cultural service innovation.
