Digital Villages:Logical Dimension,Problem Observation and Path Exploration of the Cultivation of Rural Residents'Digital Literacy in the New Era
The strategy of digital villages is an important strategic deployment for the development of agricultural and rural informatization in the new era.On the basis of scientific analysis of the connotation of the concepts of digital villages and digital literacy,the article analyzes the research results of foreign authoritative organizations and institutions on digital literacy and the dimensions of farmers'digital literacy from the perspective of policy,explores the logical direction of the construction of rural residents'digital literacy,and observes the rural residents'digital literacy to find out the existence of the reality of the difficulties of digital perception,hardware supply,and literacy enhancement,and then clarifies the implementation subject,approach and content of digital literacy cultivation.It also proposes specific cultivation strategies such as stimulating rural residents'endogenous motivation,improving the hardware environment,and creating a"digital help"model.
