Analysis of the Elements of University Libraries Collaborate with University Data Governance
University libraries collaborate with university data governance can not only promote the intelligent transformation of university libraries,but also assist universities in building smart campuses.By referring to the domestic and foreign model framework,this paper analyzes the constituent elements of university data governance and the key elements of university library collaborative governance.It applies the 5W1H analysis method to organically integrate the bilateral elements and internalize the selected elements based on the internalization theory,and proposes that the analysis of the elements of collaborative university data governance in university libraries needs to focus on the hierarchical relationship and the role of the elements based on the focus on the contributing elements,the personnel elements,the object elements,and the methodological elements,with a view to providing references for the collaborative data governance work of other institutions.
