Practices and Implications of Digital Literacy Services for the Elderly in Public Libraries Under the Perspective of Cultural Endowment
With the rapid development of the digital economy,cultural endowment has become a key issue of social concern.This article conducts research on the practical activities of digital literacy services for the elderly in 31 provincial-level public libraries in China through literature review,online research,expert consultation,etc.It combs the basic situation,characteristics,and existing problems of digital literacy services for the elderly in public libraries from two aspects:policy guarantees and elderly digital literacy service activities,and proposes improvement strategies for digital literacy services for the elderly in China's public libraries from three aspects:innovating activity models,carrying out hierarchical services,and promoting collaboration.
