Red literature resources are the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation,and are the non renewable and irreplaceable precious historical resources formed by the Chinese people under the leadership of the CPC in the long-term revolutionary struggle.The rapid development of information technology provides a broader and diversified path for the construction,development,and utilization of digital resources for red literature in the new era.The article takes the digital resource platform of Mao Zedong's works version created by Shaoshan Mao Zedong Library as an example to elaborate on the significance and value of developing digital resources for red literature.It introduces the steps and characteristics of the construction and implementation of the digital resource platform for Mao Zedong's works version,and proposes universal strategies for the construction and development of digital resources for red literature.
