中文摘要：数字人才是集成技术知识和创新知识的复合型人才,协助数字人才掌握更多科学技术知识,推动其就业与创新能力提升,助其找准职业路径,是破解当前产业结构失衡的关键.图书馆作为开放知识资源与信息服务的机构,应当为数字人才提供技术知识和创新支持.为此,文章以助力科创载体、企业、院所相关数字人才创业就业以及开拓科技创新事业发展为切入点,探索图书馆知识服务创新业态培育方略,以期为图书馆助力科创事业发展提供参考.

外文摘要：Digital talents are composite talents integrating technical knowledge and innovation knowledge.Assisting digital talents in acquiring more scientific and technical knowledge,promoting their employment and innovation ability,and helping them find the right career path is the key to cracking the current imbalance in the industrial structure.Libraries,as open knowledge resources and information service organizations,should provide technical knowledge and innovation support for digital talents.To this end,this paper takes the entrepreneurship and employment of relevant digital talents of science and technology innovation carriers,enterprises and institutes as the starting point,and explores the cultivation strategy of library knowledge service innovation format,so as to provide reference and basis for libraries to help the development of science and technology innovation.
