Digital Intelligent Technology Boosts the Equalization of Public Cultural Services in Urban and Rural Areas:Role Mechanism and Action Logic
The equalization of urban and rural public cultural services is one of the key paths to achieve the common prosperity of urban and rural spiritual life and the revitalization of rural culture.At present,the equalization of urban and rural public cultural services in our country is faced with the problems of polarization of urban and rural public cultural service supply,rural public cultural service models are in urgent need of innovation,and urban and rural public cultural service systems lack public value.With the help of growth pole theory,innovation theory and public value theory,this article constructs a theoretical framework of digital intelligent technology boosting the equalization of urban and rural public cultural services,and analyzes the innovative practices related to the equalization of urban and rural public cultural services in Zhejiang Province with the help of digital intelligent technology.Accordingly,three kinds of major action logic are proposed:first,to improve the integration mechanism and break through the institutional barriers to the development of digital intelligent technology in rural areas;second,to innovate the cultural industry and promote the supply innovation of urban and rural public cultural services through the digitization of the cultural industry;and third,to promote the co-creation of values and reshape the value base of rural public cultural services through cooperative production.
