Research on the Construction of Data Compliance Path in Smart Libraries
Smart libraries are an important strategic deployment of the 14th Five-Year Plan in China on"accelerating digital development and building a digital China",and one of the key tasks and initiatives to promote the national cultural digitization strategy.The construction of smart libraries has achieved fruitful results,but still faces many data risks.The path of data compliance in smart libraries can be constructed from five aspects:user consent and privacy protection of data collection and use,data classification and protection,strict design of data processing,data security control and risk management,and clear retention period and timely destruction of data.
