Public Libraries Participate in the Cultivation of Public Intellectual Property Literacy:Roles and Approaches
Public library is an integral part of intellectual property information public service system and a socialized service institution to carry out intellectual property information public service.Under the advantages of national policy support,institutional function guarantee and collection resource satisfaction,and under the comprehensive influence of"internal demand of industry transformation and development","effective measures to improve public literacy"and"important means of innovative service content",it is feasible for public libraries to participate in the cultivation of intellectual property literacy,and can play the role of a player,a new position and a coordinator.In the future,public libraries should enhance the influence of intellectual property literacy cultivation through the following ways:to raise awareness as the premise,and highlight the industry attributes;to rely on collection resources,and attach importance to team building;to take public demand as the guidance,and improve the cultivation system;to take multi-party collaboration as an opportunity to improve the relevant mechanism.
