Exploration on Volunteers Empowering Digital Literacy Education in Public Libraries
Volunteers empower digital literacy education in public libraries,promote innovation in library social education functions,and provide reference and inspiration for the creative development and innovative transformation of digital literacy education in public libraries.The article summarizes the digital literacy education in public libraries as a whole,integrates the people-oriented service concept of public libraries and the characteristics of volunteers and their development,analyzes the mechanism of volunteers empowering digital literacy education in public libraries,and reconstructs volunteer service scenarios for digital literacy education in public libraries from four levels:demand clarification,team building,teaching support,and scenario collaboration.It reveals the operational mode of volunteer empowerment of digital literacy education in public libraries.Based on this,it is suggested that public libraries innovate and strengthen digital literacy education in terms of adaptation,brand,resources,etc.,improve the effectiveness of digital literacy education in communities,and promote residents to share the"digital dividend".
