中国实验快堆生产63Ni同位素可行性分析

基于62Ni(n,γ)63Ni制备放射性同位素63Ni的原理,将中国实验快堆(CEFR)作为辐照平台,设计了高富集62Ni靶件。采用MCNP和SCALE6。1作为计算程序,研究在CEFR上生产同位素63Ni的可行性。计算结果表明,将堆芯反射侧层区域位置 2作为辐照位置,并将靶件内部设计为具有良好慢化性能的氢化锆慢化剂,经满功率运行辐照 8年以上,理论上CEFR具备生产高比活度63Ni同位素的可行性,但综合考虑CEFR现实因素,认为CEFR生产63Ni同位素不具有良好的经济性、时效性和现实的可行性。
Feasibility Analysis of Radioisotope 63Ni Produced in China Experimental Fast Reactor
Based on the principle of 62Ni(n,γ)63Ni preparing radioactive isotope 63Ni,using the China Experimental Fast Reactor(CEFR)as an irradiation platform and design a high enrichment 62Ni target.Using MCNP and SCALE6.1 calculation codes,study and analyze the feasibility of producing isotope 63Ni on CEFR.The calculation results show that by using position 2 on the reflection side of the core as the irradiation position and designing the target as a ZrH moderator with good moderating performance,and operating at full power for more than 8 years,CEFR theoretically has the feasibility of producing high specific activity 63Ni isotopes.However,considering the practical factors of CEFR,it is believed that CEFR's production of 63Ni isotopes does not have good economic,timeliness,and practical feasibility.
