摘要

针对药用氯化钇[90Y]溶液中90Sr含量快速检测的分析需求,本研究提出采用DGA树脂分离氯化钇[90Y]溶液中的90Sr,并使用液体闪烁计数器进行测量的方法.研究DGA树脂的上柱酸度和淋洗体积,并进行方法验证.结果表明,该方法检测结果稳定可靠,线性良好,满足90Sr限度<2×10-5 Bq/Bq(90Y)的要求,检测时间<2h,降低了放行检测时间成本和操作人员的辐射剂量.

Abstract

For the rapid analysis of the amoun of 90Sr in medical yttrium[90Y]chloride solution,90Sr was separated from the yttrium[90Y]chloride solution by DGA resin,and measured by a liquid scintillation counter.The acidity and volume the elution were also studied.The results show that this method provides stable and reliable detection results,good linearity,and fully meets the detection requirements of 90Sr with a limit of<2×10-5 Bq/Bq(90Y).The detection time is less than 2 hours,reducing the time of release testing and the radiation dose to operators.
