摘要
14C核素在标记示踪、临床疾病诊断、新药研发、环境监测等方面应用十分广泛.我国自上世纪开始14C核素的生产研究,掌握了多种14C核素的制备工艺,但是未能实现规模化生产,近年来14C核素的供应愈加紧张,限制了相关应用产业的发展.本文简述了国内14C的应用情况、核反应制备14C核素的工艺方法,以及国内14C生产研究现状和具备14C生产能力的基地建设情况,以期实现14C核素的全面自主供应,助力核技术应用产业的高质量发展.
Abstract
Carbon-14 is widely used in labeling and tracing,clinical disease diagnosis,research and development of new drugs,and environmental monitoring.In the 20th century,China carried out research on the production of carbon-14 nuclides and develpoed various preparation process for carbon-14 nuclides,but failed to realize large-scale production.In recent years,the supply of carbon-14 nuclides has become tight,which limits the development of related application industries.This paper briefly describes the domestic application of carbon-14,the production process methods of carbon-14 nuclides by nuclear reaction,as well as the current status of domestic carbon-14 production research and the construction of bases with carbon-14 production capacity.It is expected that a comprehensive independent supply of carbon-14 nuclides can be realized in the near future,which will help the high-quality development of nuclear technology application industry.
