An Exploration of Knowledge Dilemmas and Potential Solutions in Taiwan Studies from the Perspective of the"Three Major Systems"Construction
The field of Taiwan studies has the potential and necessity for knowledge discovery and application.However,due to many structural obstacles in both market demand and production supply,Taiwan studies has encountered a knowledge dilemma.The efficiency of knowledge discovery and application and the value of practical guidance are significantly affected.To effectively enhance the capability of knowledge production and the efficiency of knowledge dissemination,this paper advocates the following:accelerating the construction of the"Three Major Systems"of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics;promoting interdisciplinary construction and the core-oriented academic system construction;relying on academic journals to promote the construction of an independent discourse system.With these strategies implemented,an independent knowledge system for Taiwan studies can be successfully established.
