摘要
从性别治理入手描述性别平等在台湾地区的体制化与法治化过程,显示出性别平等已成为台湾地区行销"国族"身份和所谓"国际地位"的展示橱窗.这个特殊的视角以性别治理的形成过程清晰显示西方意识形态的全球动员以及岛内当局的有意唱和,共同操作性别政治强化两岸的"分断"局势.
Abstract
This paper uses the concept of"gender governance"to illustrate how gender equity is institutionalized and codified in Taiwan region to promote the regions'so-called"nation-state"and"international status".This unique perspective demonstrates a collaborative effort between the Taiwan authorities and the global mobilization of Western ideology to use gender politics as a tool to reinforce the cross-Straits division.
