摘要
使用一种简单、低成本、可工业化的方法——将预硫化后的浓缩天然胶乳和碳纳米管(CNTs)分散液进行乳液共混-浇铸制备复合材料.重点研究了 CNTs 含量对复合材料电学性能、力学性能和微观结构的影响,并考察了应变传感器用于人体运动监测的情况.结果表明,复合材料的电导率最大达到 56 S/m,拉断伸长率最大可达 800%,并且CNTs 成功以网状形式与天然橡胶形成结合体;应变传感器可以提供人体手指和手肘运动的可视化监测.
Abstract
In this paper,a simple,low-cost and industrialized method was used to prepare the composite by mixing the pre-vulcanized concentrated natural rubber latex and carbon nanotubes(CNTs)dispersion in the emulsion and casting.The study focused on the influence of CNTs content on the electrical,mechanical,and microstructure properties of composite materials,and examined the use of strain sensors for human motion monitoring.The results showed that the maximum conductivity of the composite material reached 56 S/m and the maximum elongation at break reached 800%.CNTs were successfully combined with NR in a network form.Strain sensors can provide visual monitoring of human finger and elbow movements.
