环保型聚醚酯增塑剂对氢化丁腈橡胶性能的影响

摘要
用己二酸与醇醚制备了三种不同酯化率的聚醚酯增塑剂(命名为 AAGEA、AAGEB、AAGEC),将其与己二酸二丁基二甘酯(TP-95)和葵二酸二辛酯(DOS)增塑剂进行对比,加入氢化丁腈橡胶中,探究这五种增塑剂对氢化丁腈橡胶性能的影响.结果表明,随着酯化率的提高,加聚醚酯增塑剂胶料的交联密度先下降后上升,加工安全性降低,硫化速率加快,拉断伸长率先提高后下降,拉伸强度及耐寒性能先降低后提高.DOS胶料老化前后的拉伸强度最高,但弹性与低温抗冲击性最差;AAGEB胶料老化前的弹性最好,强度最低,在低温下的形变恢复最差;AAGEA 胶料的耐老化性与耐寒性能最好,力学性能中等;综上所述,增塑剂 AAGEA胶料的性能最佳.
Abstract
Three kinds of polyether ester plasticizers with different esterification rates(named AAGEA,AAGEB and AAGEC)were prepared with adipic acid and alcohol ether,and compared with dibutyl diglyceryl adipate(TP-95)and dioctyl azabate(DOS)plasticizers,and added to hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber.The effects of these five plasticizers on the properties of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber were explored.The results show that with the increase of esterification rate,the cross-linking density of polyether ester plasticizer rubber decreases first and then increases,the processing safety decreases,the vulcanization speed accelerates,the tensile elongation increases first and then decreases,the tensile strength decreases first and then increases,and the cold resistance decreases first and then increases.The tensile strength of DOS compound before and after aging is the highest,but the elasticity and impact resistance at low temperature are the worst.AAGEB compound has the best elasticity and lowest strength before aging,but the deformation recovery at low temperature is the worst.The plasticizer AAGEA rubber compound has the best aging resistance and cold resistance,and the mechanical properties are medium.In summary,the plasticizer AAGEA compound has the best performance.
