Preparation of prepolymer for polyurethane hot melt adhesive
In this paper,the prepolymer for polyurethane hot melt adhesive was synthesized with diisocyanate and polyether-polygol as raw materials.The optimum reaction time and temperature was selected by testing regularly—NCO content.The types of influence factor were explored;the temperature of prepolymer was 80℃ and the time of prepolymer was 2 h,NCO content was controlled within 9％～10％;moisture content in polymerization was lower than 0.05％;the prepared product exhibited stable performance.
