新型聚醚酯多元醇的合成与表征

从低聚物多元醇的分子链结构设计出发,在聚酯多元醇合成过程的酯化阶段,引入低相对分子质量的聚四氢呋喃醚二元醇(PTMG)替代部分丁二醇,与己二酸进行醇酸缩合反应;通过酯化-酯交换反应,将PTMG链段引入,合成得到分子链中含有聚醚链段的聚醚酯多元醇(PEM).结果表明,酯化阶段采用耐水解催化剂 WD-10,酯交换阶段采用催化效率较高的催化剂 TNBT,催化剂质量分数为(2~3)×10-5 时,可制得酸值小于 0.5 mg KOH/g 的聚醚酯多元醇 PEM-2000.PEM的合成有效丰富了低聚物多元醇的种类,可替代传统聚酯、聚醚多元醇,直接用于聚氨酯制品的合成,提升材料的综合性能.
Synthesis and characterization of novel polyether ester polyols
Starting from the molecular chain structure design of oligomeric polyols,polytetrahydrofuran ether diol(PTMG)with lower relative molecular mass was used into the esterification of polyester polyols to replace part of butanediol.PTMG segments are embedded into polyester polyol molecular chains by esterification ester exchange reaction to synthesize polyeher ester polyols(PEM)containing polyether segments.The experimental results show that when the hydrolysis resistant catalyst WD-10 is used in the esterification stage,the catalyst TNBT with higher catalytic efficiency is used in the ester exchange stage,and the catalyst mass fraction is(2-3)×10-6,we can produce polyether ester polyol PEM-2000 with an acid value less than 0.5 mgKOH/g.The synthesis of PEM effectively enriches the types of oligomeric polyols,which can replace traditional polyester and polyether polyols and be directly used in the synthesis of polyurethane products to improve the comprehensive performance of materials.
