Synthesis and characterization of novel polyether ester polyols
Starting from the molecular chain structure design of oligomeric polyols, polytetrahydrofuran ether diol(PTMG)with lower relative molecular mass was used into the esterification of polyester polyols to replace part of butanediol.PTMG segments are embedded into polyester polyol molecular chains by esterification ester exchange reaction to synthesize polyeher ester polyols(PEM)containing polyether segments. The experimental results show that when the hydrolysis resistant catalyst WD-10 is used in the esterification stage, the catalyst TNBT with higher catalytic efficiency is used in the ester exchange stage, and the catalyst mass fraction is(2-3)×10-6,we can produce polyether ester polyol PEM-2000 with an acid value less than 0.5 mgKOH/g.The synthesis of PEM effectively enriches the types of oligomeric polyols, which can replace traditional polyester and polyether polyols and be directly used in the synthesis of polyurethane products to improve the comprehensive performance of materials.
