不同促进剂并用对SBR/NR/RNR密封材料性能的影响

以丁苯橡胶(SBR)、天然橡胶(NR)、再生天然橡胶(RNR)为主体,加入新型弹性体材料反式丁戊橡胶(TBIR)制备橡胶密封材料.研究了不同促进剂并用对共混胶的硫化特性以及力学性能的影响,促进剂CZ与TMTD并用质量比分别为 1/0、0.9/0.1、0.85/0.15、0.8/0.2、0.75/0.25、0.7/0.3,当总量不变时,随着CZ用量减少,TMTD用量增加,共混硫化胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率逐渐降低,硬度变化不大,压缩永久变形也逐渐降低;促进剂 NS 与 TMTD 并用质量比分别为 1.5/0、1.45/0.05、1.4/0.1、1.35/0.15、1.3/0.2、1.25/0.25,当总量不变时,随着NS用量减少,TMTD用量增加,共混硫化胶的拉伸强度先增大后减小,硬度变化不大,压缩永久变形逐渐降低.
Effect of different promoters combined on the properties of SBR/NR/RNR sealing materials
Rubber sealing materials were prepared by adding a new type of elastomer material,trans butadiene rubber(TBIR),with styrene butadiene rubber(SBR),natural rubber(NR),and recycled natural rubber(RNR)as the main components.The effect of different promoters on the vulcanization characteristics and mechanical properties of blended rubber was studied.The mass ratios of CZ and TMTD promoters were 1/0,0.9/0.1,0.85/0.15,0.8/0.2,0.75/0.25,and 0.7/0.3,respectively.When the total amount remained unchanged,as the amount of CZ decreased and the amount of TMTD increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the co vulcanized rubber gradually decreased,the hardness did not change significantly,and the compression permanent deformation also gradually decreased.The mass ratios of the accelerator NS/TMTD were 1.5/0,1.45/0.05,1.4/0.1,1.35/0.15,1.3/0.2,and 1.25/0.25,respectively.When the total amount remained constant,as the NS dosage decreased and the TMTD dosage increased,the tensile strength of the blended vulcanizate first increased and then decreased,and the hardness did not change much.The permanent deformation during compression gradually decreased.
