混炼工艺对炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料性能的影响

摘要
选用干法密炼机混炼、湿法开炼机混炼、湿法密炼机混炼和湿法连续混炼四种混炼工艺,通过测定硫化特性、物理机械性能、动态力学性能和炭黑分散度等探究不同混炼工艺对炭黑/天然橡胶复合材料性能的影响.结果表明,湿法混炼胶的综合性能优于干法混炼胶,湿法连续混炼工艺制备的混炼胶的性能最佳,同时提高了混炼各个工序之间的连续性和自动化程度.
Abstract
Four kinds of mixing processes,namely,dry compactor mixing,wet opener mixing,wet compactor mixing and wet continuous mixing,were selected to investigate the effects of different mixing processes on the properties of carbon black/natural rubber composites through the determination of vulcanization characteristics,physical and mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical properties and carbon black dispersion.The results show that the comprehensive performance of wet mixing rubber is better than that of dry mixing rubber,the performance of the rubber prepared by wet continuous mixing process is the best,and the continuity and automation degree between the various processes of mixing are improved at the same time.
