探究了几种不同牌号三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的力学性能和低温回缩性能,考察了 EPDM乙烯和第三单体亚乙基降冰片烯(ENB)含量、不同增塑剂和硫化体系对 EPDM性能的影响.结果表明,在过氧化物硫化体系下,EPDM分子结构中 ENB含量越高,橡胶的硫化程度越高,拉伸强度增大;乙烯含量越高,橡胶的拉断伸长率越大.在实验设定条件下,过氧化物硫化的 EPDM具有较优的力学性能,硫磺硫化体系可以降低 EPDM的低温回缩率为 10%的温度(TR 10);相比于石蜡油 2280,采用石蜡油 6010 增塑的 EPDM的TR10 明显降低.
Effect of substructure and mating system on low temperature resistance of EPDM
The conventional and low-temperature retraction properties of several different grades of EPDM were explored,and the effects of different ethylene and tertiary monomer contents on the comprehensive properties of EPDM were investigated.The effects of different plasticizers and vulcanization systems on the performance of EPDM were compared.The experimental results show that,under the peroxide vulcanization system,with the higher ENB content in the molecular structure of EPDM,the degree of vulcanization of rubber and the tensile strength increases gradually;the higher the ethylene content,the tensile elongation of the rubber increases.Under the experimental setting conditions,EPDM vulcanized by peroxide has better mechanical properties,and the sulfur vulcanization system can reduce the TR 10 of EPDM.Compared with paraffine 2280,TR10 of EPDM of paraffine 6010 is significantly reduced.
