摘要
综述了三种功能化液态金属/硅橡胶复合材料包括导热复合材料、电磁屏蔽复合材料和柔性导电复合材料,介绍了复合材料的制备方法以及导热、导电、电磁屏蔽和力学性能,阐述了该复合材料在柔性导热界面材料、电磁屏蔽系统和可穿戴电子产品等方面的应用,并展望了其发展方向.
Abstract
Three kinds of functional liquid metal/silicone rubber composites,including thermal conductivity composites,electromagnetic shielding composites and flexible conductive composites are reviewed.The preparation methods,thermal conductivity,electrical conductivity,electromagnetic shielding and mechanical properties of the composites,and the application of the composites in flexible thermal interface materials,electromagnetic shielding systems and wearable electronic products are introduced.Their future development direction is projected.
