阻燃增塑剂对NR/BR复合材料性能的影响

将磷酸三异丙基苯酯(IPPP-50和IPPP-95)以及三(2-氯乙基)磷酸酯(TCEP)加入到天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)制备复合材料,研究三种阻燃增塑剂对NR/BR复合材料相容性、硫化特性、物理性能、力学性能、阻燃性及耐磨性的影响.结果表明,IPPP-95与复合材料相容性最好、其次为IPPP-50、TCEP与之相容性最差;阻燃增塑剂降低胶料黏度、缩短硫化时间;阻燃增塑剂对NR/BR复合材料拉伸强度影响不明显,阻燃增塑剂降低复合材料硬度,同时对阻燃性不会产生负面影响;添加15份IPPP-95的复合材料耐磨性与空白样接近且邵尔A硬度降低13%.综合考虑,IPPP-95在保持耐磨性前提下降低硬度,同时对阻燃性无负面影响,是用于制备低硬度、阻燃性和高耐磨NR/BR复合材料的最佳阻燃增塑剂.
Effects of flame retardant plasticizers on properties of NR/BR composites
Triisopropyl phenyl phosphate(IPPP-50 and IPPP-95)and tris(2-chloroethyl)phosphate(TCEP)were added to natural rubber(NR)/butadiene rubber(BR)composite to prepare the composites.The effects of three kinds of flame retardant plasticizers on the compatibility,vulcanization properties,physical properties,mechanical properties,flame resistance and wear resistance of the NR/BR composites were studied.Results showed that IPPP-95 had the best compatibility with the composites,followed by IPPP-50,and TCEP had the worst compatibility with the composites.Flame retardant plasticizers can reduce the viscosity of the rubber compounds and shorten the vulcanization time.The effects of flame retardant plasticizers on NR/BR composites of tensile strength were not obvious.Flame retardant plasticizers reduced the hardness of the composite material without negative effect on the flame resistance.The wear resistance of the composites with 15 phr IPPP-95 was close to the blank sample and the Shore A hardness was decreased to 13%.All in all,IPPP-95 can decrease the hardness without changing wear resistance and without negative effect on the flame resistance.It is the best flame retardant plasticizers for the preparation of low hardness flame resistance high wear NR/BR composites.
