摘要

研究了不同抗老化助剂对热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)等热塑性弹性体鞋材料老化前后色度的影响,最终筛选出鞋材料TPU中初始颜色和抗光老化变色性能最好的光稳定剂RIASORB UV-234,鞋材料SBS原料中抗热氧老化和抗光老化效果均优异的复配抗氧剂U-pack B7067,鞋材料PVC原料中抗光老化降解效果最明显,耐候性最好的复配光稳定剂U-pack UV7917,为生产和加工企业选择抗老化助剂提供参考.

Abstract

The effects of different anti-aging additives on the aging chromaticity of different thermoplastic elastomers including thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU),styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer(SBS)and polyvinyl vinyl(PVC)were researched.The results demonstrated that light stabilizer RIASORB UV-234 had best initial color and anti-light aging discoloration of TPU shoe material.For SBS shoe material,it was found that U-pack B7067 with good anti-thermal oxygen aging and light aging was best.For PVC shoe material,the results showed that the composite light stabilizer U-pack UV-7917 had obvious anti-aging degradation effect and the best weather resistance.All these studies research could provide reference for the selection of anti-aging additives for production and processing enterprises.
