The waste oil was used as raw material to prepare epoxy waste oil with different epoxidation values.The factors influencing the epoxidation values were investigated by orthogonal experiment.Using epoxy waste oil as plasticizer,natural rubber compound and vulcanizate were prepared and compared with those of traditional petroleum-based plasticizers(aromatics oil,treated aromatics oil).The results showed that the properties of the rubber products with epoxy waste oil as plasticizer reached the level of the rubber products with traditional plasticizer,and the aging performance was better than that of the rubber products with traditional plasticizer.The new epoxy waste oil environmental friendly plasticizer has both economic benefits and environmental advantages,and has a wide application prospect.
