摘要

研究了补强树脂对天然橡胶/聚氯乙烯(NR/PVC)体系的相容性、胶料加工性、硫化特性及发泡材料物理性能的影响.结果表明,补强树脂是NR/PVC体系有效的增容剂,能实现NR与PVC两者共混.同时,能够改善胶料的加工性能,缩短胶料的门尼焦烧时间,提高硫化胶的硬度.补强树脂质量份数为8份时最佳,所制备的发泡材料表面光滑、泡孔大小均匀、导热系数最低.

Abstract

The effects of reinforcing resin on the compatibility,processability,vulcanization characteristics of natural rubber/polyvinyl chloride(NR/PVC)system and the physical properties of foaming materials were studied.The results indicate that reinforcing resin is an effective compatibilizer for NR/PVC system to achieve the blending of NR and PVC.At the same time,it can improve the processability of the rubber material,shorten the Mooney scorch time of the rubber material,and increase the hardness of the vulcanized rubber.The foaming material prepared with 8 parts reinforcing resin has the best performance,with a smooth surface,uniform pore size,and the lowest thermal conductivity.
