Two kinds of typical imported ribbed smoked sheets(RSS)and two kinds of newly prepared domestic RSS samples were selected for comparison.The microscopic structures,vulcanization characteristics,physical and mechanical properties,aging properties and fatigue life of products were tested.The results showed that the mechanical properties of these samples at room temperature were similar,and the performance retention rate under high temperature was basically the same.The aging resistance of 1# and 2# rubber was slightly higher than that of the 3# and 4# rubber,while the compression heat build-up of 3# and 4# rubber was lower.Meanwhile,the fatigue life of 3#and 4# products was much longer.In a word,the domestic RSS sample could achieve the similar mechanical behavior of typical imported RSS rubber,and their comprehensive performance is even better.
