采用L9(34)正交实验,选用硫磺、白炭黑、碳酸锌、促进剂PX进行胶料配方设计,并通过预硫化实验,检测所得胶膜硫化特性和力学性能.结果表明,随着胶料预硫化时间的延长,正硫化时间(t90)出现降低,而力学性能出现升高的趋势;不同配方之间的t90呈现正相关性,不同配方之间的拉伸强度也呈现正相关性;采用指标隶属度加权评分法,影响胶膜力学性能的主次顺序为硫磺、白炭黑、碳酸锌和促进剂PX,且在最优配方下,综合分预测值为1.092 7,进一步验证实验表明,所得胶料最优配方具备应用价值,为天然胶乳胶膜高性能化提供基础.
Influence and analysis of compound formula and prevulcanization time on the properties of natural rubber latex film
By L9(34)orthogonal test,the paper selected the sulphur,silica,zinc carbonate and accelerator PX to natural rubber latex formula design.The vulcanization characteristics and mechanical properties of the natural latex film were tested by pre-vulcanization test.The results showed that with the prolongation of pre-curing time,the t90 decreased,and the mechanical properties increased.The t90 between different formulations showed a positive correlation,and the tensile strength between different formulations also showed a positive correlation.Using the index membership weighted scoring method,the main order of influence on the mechanical properties of the film was sulfur,silica,zinc carbonate and accelerator PX.And under the optimal formula,the comprehensive estimated value was 1.093.The further verification test showed that the optimal formulation of the compound had application value,and it would provide the basis for the high performance of natural latex film.
