双唇形油封在润滑工况下的磨损预测

为了准确预测双唇形油封的磨损情况,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了油封的轴对称和三维模型,分析了磨损后油封主唇口的接触压力分布、唇口磨损轮廓等结果.模拟结果表明,磨损后唇尖部分的接触压力依然最大,逐渐向两侧递减;随着磨损时间的增大,接触宽度逐渐增大;相应的平均接触压力呈现下降的趋势;同时随着磨损时间的增大,唇口的接触压力整体呈现下降趋势,但均大于安全设计压力,表明油封仍然具备可靠的密封性能.这些结果为油封的密封可靠性和服役寿命的评估提供了良好的参考价值.
Wear prediction of double lip seal in lubricated condition
In order to accurately predict the wear of double lip oil seal,the axisymmetric and three-dimensional models of the oil seal were established using ABAQUS finite element software.The contact pressure distribution and wear profile of the main lip after wear were analyzed.The simulation results show that the contact pressure at the tip of the lip is the largest and gradually decreases on both sides;with the increase of wear time,the contact width shows an extending trend;the corresponding average contact pressure shows a downward trend with the increase of wear time.Accordingly,with the increase of wear time,the overall contact pressure of the lip decreases,which is even greater than the safe design pressure.It indicates that the lip seal still has reliable sealing performance.These results provide good reference value for evaluating the seal reliability and service life of lip seal.
