聚氯乙烯/埃洛石纳米弹性体材料的结构与性能

采用熔融共混方法,分别制备了三组聚氯乙烯弹性体材料,并对材料的微观结构、力学性能、热分解性、燃烧性能进行了研究.结果表明,相对常规的抑烟阻燃剂硼酸锌,埃洛石的引入不仅可以使力学性能得到更好的保持,有利于体系热稳定性的提高,特别地,通过锥形量热仪的燃烧特性测试表明,聚氯乙烯/埃洛石纳米弹性体材料在总热释放量与总生烟量及促进成炭方面表现更为均衡.
Structure and properties of polyvinyl chloride/halloysite Elastomer
This work employed a melt blending method to prepare three sets of soft materials.The microstructure,mechanical properties,thermal decomposition,and combustion performance of the three sets of composite materials were studied.The results showed that compared to the conventional smoke suppressant and flame retardant zinc borate,the introduction of halloysite could better maintain the mechanical properties,which was beneficial for improving the thermal stability of PVC material systems.In particular,the combustion characteristics of FPVC/antimony trioxide/halloysite composite materials were tested by cone calorimeter,and it was found that the total heat release,total smoke generation,and promotion of carbon formation were more balanced.
