聚合物增塑剂对氟橡胶复合材料性能的影响

研究了羟基硅油、羟基氟硅油及乙烯基氟硅油3种活性聚合物增塑剂对氟橡胶(FKM)复合材料性能的影响.结果表明,3种聚合物增塑剂的添加降低了 FKM复合材料的正硫化时间(t90)、最小扭矩和扭矩差.受氟原子的影响,氟硅油类增塑剂改性FKM复合材料表现出优异力学性能、耐老化性、热稳定性及低温性能.其中乙烯基氟硅油作为双键封端的反应型聚合物增塑剂对FKM的改性效果最佳,经180 ℃热氧老化192 h后,乙烯基氟硅油增塑的FKM均具有较好的力学性能和扯断伸长率保持率;复合材料的玻璃化转变温度由-2.6 ℃降低至-3.7 ℃,脆性温度由-45 ℃降低至-54 ℃,且在一定程度上解决了小分子增塑剂的迁移析出现象.
Effect of polymer plasticizers on properties of FKM composites
Effect of three reactive polymer plasticizers,such as hydroxy silicone oil,hydroxy fluorosilicone oil and vinyl fluorosilicone oil,on the processing and properties of fluororubbe(FKM)composites was investigated.The addition of the three polymer plasticizers shortened the positive vulcanization time(t90)and decreased the ML and MH-ML values of the FKM composites.Influenced by fluorine atoms,fluorosilicone oil plasticizers modified FKM composites exhibited the better mechanical properties,aging resistance,thermal stability,and low-temperature performance.The vinyl fluorosilicone oil as a reactive plasticizer for double bond sealing had the best modification effect on FKM.After thermo-oxidative aging at 180 ℃ for 192 h,the vinyl fluorosilicone oil plasticized FKM composite exhibited better mechanical properties and retention of elongation at break.The glass transition temperature of the fluororubbe composite plasticized by the vinyl fluorosilicone oil shifted from-2.6 ℃ to-3.7 ℃,and the brittleness temperature shifted from-45 ℃ to-54 ℃.And the the vinyl fluorosilicone oil had partly solved the migration and precipitation phenomenon of small molecule plasticizers.
