生胶及硫化体系对玉米剥皮辊性能的影响

通过改变天然橡胶(NR)、顺丁橡胶(BR)和丁苯橡胶(SBR)质量比及促进剂N-叔丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(TBBS)用量,研究了玉米剥皮辊硫化胶力学性能、耐老化性以及耐磨性的变化规律.结果表明,当固定NR/BR/SBR三者质量比为40/30/30时,橡胶材料的力学性能以及热空气老化性能较好,磨耗体积较小,耐磨性较好.在此基础上固定硫磺(S)用量为1.75份,继续调整促进剂TBBS用量探究对硫化胶性能的影响.结果表明,当促进剂TBBS用量为1.1份时,NR/BR/SBR硫化胶具有优异的综合性能,且耐磨性与热空气老化性能最佳.
Influence of raw rubber and vulcanization system on performance of corn peeling roller
By changing the mass ratio of natural rubber(NR),cis-polybutadiene rubber(BR)and styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR),and changing the dosage of accelerator N-tert-butylbenzothiazole-2-sulphenamide(TBBS),the paper studied the variation pattern of mechanical properties,aging resistance and abrasion resistance of vulcanized rubber for corn peeling rollers.The experimental results show that when the fixed NR/BR/SBR mass ratio is 40/30/30,the mechanical properties and hot air aging performance of rubber materials are better,abrasion volume is smaller,and abrasion resistance is better.On this basis,fixed sulfur dosage of 1.75 parts,we continue to adjust the dosage of accelerator TBBS to explore the effect on the properties of vulcanized rubber.The results show that when the dosage of accelerator TBBS is 1.1 parts,the vulcanized rubber of NR/BR/SBR has excellent comprehensive performance,at the same time,abrasion resistance and hot air aging performance are the best.
