海洋能够为人类提供大量的能源和资源,但在设施和船舶表面不可避免会附着海洋生物,形成生物污损,从而对海洋各产业产生负面影响.目前,在众多的海洋防污方法中,在表面喷涂防污涂层是一种更高效、更经济、更方便的方法,成为最常用的海洋防污方法之一.鉴于此,列举了各种不同防污涂层的防污原理及研究进展,包括自抛光防污涂层、仿生防污涂层、污损阻抗型防污涂层、污损释放型防污涂层等,并对防污涂层的发展前景及可能的发展方向进行了展望.
Research progress of marine antifouling coatings
The ocean can provide a lot of energy and resources for human beings,but it is inevitable that marine organisms will be attached to the surface of facilities and ships,forming biological fouling,which will have a negative impact on marine industries.At present,among many marine antifouling methods,spraying antifouling coating on the surface is a more efficient,economical and convenient method,and has become one of the most commonly used marine antifouling methods.In view of this,the antifouling principles and research progress of various antifouling coatings are listed,including self-polishing antifouling coating,bionic antifouling coating,fouling impedance antifouling coating,fouling release antifouling coating,etc.The development prospects and possible development directions of antifouling coatings are prospected.
