面向通信感知一体化的室内太赫兹信道反射与透射特性研究

明确室内太赫兹(THz)波反射与透射特性对于构建太赫兹通信感知一体化(ISAC)信道模型至关重要.利用基于矢量网络分析仪的测量平台对7种室内材料在130~134 GHz频段开展了测量活动,分析了太赫兹信道反射与透射特性的频率依赖性及入射角依赖性,与282~290 GHz频段测量结果对比,揭示了2个频段内反射损耗特性.采用量子粒子群优化算法提取材料电磁参数,提出了一种频率-入射角联合的反射系数模型.结果表明,该模型能够准确刻画反射系数随频率与入射角的变化规律.研究成果补充了130~134 GHz频段材料传播系数数据库,丰富了电磁参数数据集,建立了反射系数模型,为太赫兹ISAC系统检测、识别、环境重构等功能提供了数据基础及模型参考.
Research on indoor THz channel reflection and transmission characteristics for integrated sensing and communication
The indoor terahertz(THz)wave reflection and transmission characteristics were clarified as essential for the construction of an integrated channel model for terahertz integrated sensing and communication(ISAC).Measurement campaigns were carried out on seven indoor materials at 130~134 GHz using a vector network analyzer-based measure-ment platform,and the frequency dependence and incidence angle dependence of the terahertz channel reflection and transmission characteristics were analyzed,which were compared with the measurement results at 282~290 GHz,to have the reflection loss characteristics in the two frequency bands revealed.A quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to extract the material electromagnetic parameters,and a joint frequency-incidence angle model of the reflec-tion coefficient was proposed.The results are shown to indicate that the variation rule of the reflection coefficient with frequency and incidence angle can be accurately portrayed by the model.The material propagation coefficient database of the 130~134 GHz band is supplemented by the research results,the electromagnetic parameter dataset is enriched,and the reflection coefficient model is established.The data basis and model reference for the detection,identification,and environmental reconstruction of the terahertz ISAC system are provided.
