Effect of Hemiarthroplasty and Total Hip Arthroplasty in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture
Objective:To investigate the effect of hemiarthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture treated surgically in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the clinical treatment, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with hemiarthroplasty, and the patients in the observation group were treated with total hip arthro-plasty.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared and the clinical value of different surgical methods was ana-lyzed.Results:Compared with the control group, the intraoperative blood loss, operation time and intraoperative drainage volume of the observation group were significantly increased, and the ambulation time was shortened(p<0.05);Compared with before treatment, the hemorheological indexes of the two groups were increased, but there was no statis-tically significant difference in the indexes of PV,HBV and LBV between the patients in the control group and the ob-servation group after treatment(p<0.05);Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications after treat-ment and Harris score in the observation group were increased at different postoperative time periods(p<0.05).Conclu-sion:Hemiarthroplasty has a shorter operation time with less bleeding, and a lower incidence of short-term complica-tions;After total hip arthroplasty, hip joint function recovered better, with earlier ambulation, and better long-term prognosis.Clinically,it is recessary to select surgical methods according to the actual situation of patients to improve the treatment effect.
