Effect of Multidisciplinary Group Management Model on Nutritional Status and Vascular Access Complications in Hemodialysis Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary group management model in hemodialysis patients. Methods:A total of 98 hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected, and were divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(multidisciplinary group management model),with 49 cases in each group. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. The nutritional status, vascular access complications and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results:The levels of serum protein, total serum protein and transferrin in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The complication rate of vascular access in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The score of kidney disease quality of life questionnaire(KDQOL-SFTM)in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multidisciplinary group management model can improve the nutritional status of hemodialysis patients, reduce the incidence of vascular access complications, and help to improve the quality of life of patients.
