Effect of Cognitive Behavior and Humanistic Care on Self-efficacy in Hemodialysis Nursing
Objective:To discuss the effect of cognitive behavior and humanistic care on self-efficacy in hemodialysis patients(HD).Methods:A total of 72 patients with HD in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected, and were evenly divided into a control group(routine nursing)and an observation group(routine nursing combined with cognitive behavior and humanistic care)using a random ball-drawing method, with 36 cases in each group. The scores of quality of life,self-efficacy,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Re-sults:After comparing the relevant data of patients before treatment, there was no significant difference in quality of life,self-efficacy,and nursing satisfaction scores between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the quality of life,self-efficacy,and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective application of cognitive behavior and humanistic care can significantly enhance the quality of nursing, improve the self-efficacy,and reduce the risk of treatmemt.
