情志干预对老年白内障超声乳化晶状体植入术患者术前负性情绪的影响

摘要
目的 研究情志干预对老年白内障超声乳化植入术患者术前负面情绪的影响.方法 选取 2022 年 3 月～2023 年 3 月在我院接受超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的 86 例患者,根据随机数字表将其分为对照组及研究组,每组各 43 例.对照组行常规干预,研究组行情志干预,对比两组患者预约手术日、术前 1h舒适度、心理状态.结果 预约手术日,两组患者在GCQ/HADS各个因子对比均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);术前 1h,两组患者的GCQ和总得分均有提高,HADS的各个因子和总分都有所降低(P＜0.05),研究组的GCQ和总的得分都比对照组高.结论 情志干预可以提高老年白内障超声乳化植入术患者手术的满意度,且改善其术后的负性情绪.
Abstract
Objective:To studye the effect of emotional intervention on preoperative negative emotion in elderly cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods:A total of 86 patients un-dergoging phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in our hospital between March 2022 and March 2023 were selected,and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 43 cases in each group.The con-trol group received routine intervention,while the study group received emotional intervention.The comfort level and psychological state were compared on the scheduled surgery day and at 1 h before surgery between the two groups.Re-sults:On the scheduled surgery day,there was no statistical significance in GCQ/HADS factors between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 h before surgery,the GCQ and the total scores of the patients in both groups were improved,and the fac-tors and the total scores of HADS were decreased(P<0.05),and the GCQ and the total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Emotional intervention can effectively improve the satisfaction of el-derly cataract patients with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.
