效果递进式营养支持干预在尿毒症血液透析患者中的应用

摘要
目的 研究尿毒症血透患者实施效果递进式营养支持干预的作用.方法 选取2022 年 4 月～2023 年 4 月在上犹县人民医院接受血液透析治疗的 80 例尿毒症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,每组患者 40 例,对照组行常规营养支持干预,研究组行效果递进式营养支持干预,对比两组患者干预前后营养指标水平及免疫指标水平.结果 干预前,两组营养指标水平对比无碌著差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者客观营养指标水平均有提升(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05).干预前,两组患者免疫指标水平对比无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者免疫指标水平均有提升(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 效果递进式营养支持干预可有效提升尿毒症血液透析患者营养状态,改善相关营养指标.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of progressive nutritional support intervention in uremic hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of uremic hemodialysis patients in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected,and were divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nutritional support,while the study group received progressive nutritional support intervention.Nutritional and immune markers were compared before and after the intervention be-tween both groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant differences in nutritional markers between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the level of objective nutritional markers in both groups improved(P<0.05),the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Similarly,before and intervention,there was no signifi-cant difference in immune markers between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the level of immune markers in both groups improved(P<0.05),the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Progressive nutritional support intervention can effectively enhance the nutritional status of uremic hemodialysis pa-tients and improve related nutritional markers.
